Beginning September 8th, suppliers will be required to access the Sell2Bell portal using an Exostar digital certificate before accessing the Smart or eData applications.
Please ensure that you have followed the instructions for downloading a digital certificate and that the Sell2Bell login process has accepted your certificate. You will see a lock icon next to your name on the Sell2Bell portal if your certificate was successfully recognized.
If you have not downloaded an Exostar digital certificate, please follow the instructions sent from email@example.com to avoid a disruption in your access.
If you have downloaded an Exostar digital certificate but do not see the lock icon, contact the sell2bell helpdesk at 1-866-412-9236 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
